Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ShipWink. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Description

ShipWink provides access to discounted shipping rates through carrier partnerships powered by EasyPost. We facilitate label generation and rate access on your behalf. ShipWink is not a licensed carrier or freight broker.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid business or personal need for shipping services. By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate.

4. Shipping Insurance

Optional shipping insurance is underwritten by third-party providers. Coverage is subject to the insurer's terms and exclusions. Claims must be filed within the required timeframe. ShipWink does not guarantee claim outcomes. Reimbursement timelines are determined by the insurer, typically within 10 business days of an approved claim.

5. International Shipping & Customs

You are solely responsible for compliance with customs regulations, import duties, and applicable taxes in the destination country. ShipWink provides informational de minimis alerts only — final duty and tax liability rests with the shipper or consignee per applicable Incoterms. Customs thresholds are subject to change without notice.

6. Prohibited Shipments

You may not use ShipWink to ship hazardous materials, illegal goods, weapons, counterfeit items, or any items prohibited by the destination country or applicable carrier policies. Violation may result in account termination and legal liability.

7. Service Availability

Carrier availability, rate access, and feature availability may vary by account type and region. ShipWink reserves the right to modify pricing, features, and carrier partnerships at any time with reasonable notice. We target 99.99% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShipWink is not liable for carrier delays, lost or damaged packages (beyond applicable insurance coverage), customs delays, or acts outside our control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid to ShipWink in the 30 days preceding a claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
