By using ShipWink, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1 Platform Description

ShipWink provides access to discounted shipping rates through carrier partnerships. We facilitate label generation and rate comparison for businesses and individuals. ShipWink is not a carrier — we are a shipping software platform.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid business or personal need for shipping services. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3 Shipping Rates & Charges

  • ShipWink is free to use. There are no monthly fees, subscription charges, or setup costs.
  • You pay only for the postage you purchase. Rates are drawn from your pre-funded wallet at the time of label purchase.
  • Displayed rates are all-in — carrier cost plus ShipWink platform fees are already included in the price shown. There are no hidden charges.
  • Final postage charges are determined at label purchase and may differ slightly from initial estimates based on actual package weight and dimensions.
  • Address correction fees, dimensional weight adjustments, and carrier surcharges imposed after shipment are the responsibility of the account holder and may be deducted from your wallet balance.
  • A 3.75% convenience fee applies to wallet top-ups made via credit or debit card to cover payment processing costs.

4 Shipping Insurance

Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout for an additional fee. Insurance is underwritten through our carrier partner (EasyPost) and is subject to their terms and exclusions.

  • Insurance fees are calculated based on the declared value of your shipment plus a $1.00 flat service fee per insured label.
  • Declared value must accurately reflect the item's actual retail replacement cost. Misrepresentation may void coverage.
  • ShipWink does not underwrite insurance and makes no guarantees regarding claim approval, payout timelines, or coverage limits.
  • Claims must be filed directly through the carrier or insurer within their stated claim window.

5 International Shipping & Customs

You are solely responsible for compliance with customs regulations, import duties, and applicable taxes in the destination country. ShipWink is not liable for customs delays or rejections.

6 Prohibited Shipments

You may not use ShipWink to ship:

  • Hazardous materials or dangerous goods without proper authorization
  • Illegal goods, controlled substances, or narcotics
  • Weapons, firearms, or ammunition without proper licensing
  • Counterfeit or trademark-infringing products
  • Items prohibited by the applicable carrier or destination country

7 Service Availability

Carrier availability and feature access may vary by account type and region. ShipWink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

8 Limitation of Liability

ShipWink is not liable for carrier delays, lost or damaged packages (beyond applicable insurance), customs delays, or indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected transaction.

9 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform. Remaining wallet credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.

12 Refunds & Billing

  • ShipWink has no subscription or recurring billing. You are never automatically charged.
  • Wallet top-ups are voluntary and made in advance. The 3.75% convenience fee on top-ups is non-refundable.
  • Label purchases are non-refundable once a carrier has scanned the package.
  • Voiding an unscanned label within the carrier's void window may result in a wallet credit (credit only — not a cash refund).
  • Wallet balances are non-transferable and have no cash value. See our Refund Policy for full details.

13 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShipWink (operated by NGX Agency), its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

14 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules, in California. You waive the right to a jury trial.

Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to ShipWink services.

15 Wallet & Balance Terms

ShipWink operates a prepaid wallet. By adding funds, you agree:

  • Non-refundable: Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • No interest: Wallet balances do not earn interest.
  • No expiration: Credits do not expire while your account is active. Accounts inactive 24+ months may have credits expired with notice.
  • Termination: Credits in accounts terminated for violations may be forfeited.
