Creating Labels

How do I create a shipping label?
Sign in to your ShipWink dashboard. Click Create Label in the left nav. Enter your ship-from address, ship-to address, and package details (weight + dimensions). Compare live rates, select your carrier and service, then buy the label from your wallet. Your PDF label downloads instantly.
What information do I need to create a label?
You need: sender name, street address, city, state, ZIP; recipient name, street address, city, state, ZIP; and package weight (oz or lbs) and dimensions (length × width × height in inches).
Can I save addresses for future shipments?
Yes. ShipWink has a built-in Address Book. When you create a label, you can save the sender and recipient address for quick reuse on future shipments. Manage your saved addresses under Settings → Address Book.
Can I save package sizes as presets?
Package presets are coming soon. For now, enter your package dimensions each time. We'll add the ability to save box sizes in an upcoming update.
What label formats are supported?
Labels are generated as standard PDF files (4×6 inch format, compatible with all thermal label printers and standard printers). Download and print directly from your browser.
Can I void or cancel a label?
Yes. Go to Shipments in your dashboard, find the label, and click Void. Refunds for voided labels are processed within 3–5 business days. Labels must be voided within 28 days and must not have been scanned by the carrier.

Rates & Pricing

How do ShipWink rates work?
ShipWink accesses wholesale carrier rates through the EasyPost shipping API. We apply a small markup to cover platform costs and pass the savings directly to you. Most users save significantly compared to retail carrier rates at USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com.
Which carriers does ShipWink support?
ShipWink supports USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL through the EasyPost API, which connects to 100+ carriers globally. Available carriers and services depend on your shipment's origin, destination, and package specs.
Why do rates sometimes differ from carrier websites?
ShipWink accesses negotiated wholesale rates that are lower than retail rates shown on carrier websites. The exact savings depend on carrier, service level, package weight, and destination zone.
What is the wallet and how does it work?
ShipWink uses a prepaid wallet system. You add funds to your wallet ($25, $50, $100, $200, $500, or $1,000) via Stripe. When you buy a label, the cost is deducted from your wallet balance instantly. Your balance is visible in the top right of your dashboard.
What are the subscription plan limits?
Free: 75 labels/month. Pro ($9/mo): Unlimited labels. Business ($29/mo): Unlimited labels + priority support. All plans use the same wallet system for label purchases.

Tracking

How do I track a shipment?
Go to shipwink.com/tracking and enter any tracking number. No login required for public tracking. Inside your dashboard, go to Shipments and click on any order to see its live status.
Why does my tracking say "Unknown"?
This usually means the carrier hasn't scanned the package yet. After you drop off your package, allow 2–12 hours for the carrier to scan it and begin tracking updates. If your package was dropped off more than 24 hours ago and still shows Unknown, contact us.
What tracking statuses mean what?
Label Created: Label purchased but carrier hasn't scanned it yet.
In Transit: Package is moving through the carrier network.
Out for Delivery: Package is on the delivery vehicle.
Delivered: Package has been delivered.
Exception: Delivery attempt failed or there is a problem. Check the event details.

Batch Shipping

How does batch/CSV shipping work?
Go to Batch Upload in your dashboard. Download our CSV template, fill in your orders (name, address, weight), upload the file, and ShipWink will validate addresses, fetch the best rates, and generate all labels in one click. Download a single ZIP file with all your labels.
What format does the CSV need to be?
Download the ShipWink batch template CSV for the correct column headers. Required fields: name, street1, city, state, zip, country, weight_oz. Optional: company, street2, phone, length, width, height.
Is there a limit to how many orders I can batch?
Currently, batch uploads support up to 500 orders per file. For larger volumes, split into multiple batches or contact us about enterprise pricing.

Account & Billing

How do I add funds to my wallet?
In your dashboard, click Wallet or the balance display in the header. Choose an amount ($25–$1,000) and pay securely via Stripe. Funds are added instantly to your account.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Click Upgrade to switch to Pro ($9/mo) or Business ($29/mo). Payments are handled securely through Stripe. You can cancel anytime.
Can I get a refund on my wallet balance?
Wallet balances are non-refundable but are yours to use for any future label purchases — they never expire. If you have a billing issue, contact us at team@ngx.agency.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot password?. Enter your email address and we'll send a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Troubleshooting

No rates are showing up — what do I do?
Check that all required fields are filled: from address, to address, and package weight. Make sure the ZIP codes are valid 5-digit US codes. If rates still don't load, try refreshing. International shipments may have limited carrier options. If the problem persists, contact support.
My label won't download — what do I do?
Make sure your browser isn't blocking pop-ups or downloads from shipwink.com. Try right-clicking the download button and selecting "Save Link As." If the label URL is expired, go to Shipments and click the label again to regenerate the download link.
I entered the wrong address — can I fix it?
Once a label is purchased, the shipping address cannot be changed. You'll need to void the label and create a new one with the correct address. Void labels in your Shipments tab within 28 days and before the carrier scans the package.
My package was lost — what do I do?
First, verify the tracking status hasn't updated in the last 48 hours. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. For USPS, file a missing mail search at usps.com. If you purchased shipping insurance through ShipWink, contact us at team@ngx.agency to file a claim.
I have an issue not listed here — how do I contact support?
Email us at team@ngx.agency. Include your account email, the shipment order number if applicable, and a description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day.
