Our Commitment
ShipWink is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- All images include descriptive alt text
- Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
- Keyboard-navigable interface — all interactive elements are reachable via Tab
- Focus indicators visible on all interactive components
- ARIA labels on form elements, buttons, and navigation
- Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels
- No flashing content that could trigger seizures

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the platform may still be in progress. We are actively working to resolve any issues and welcome your feedback.
